Ar visgi komanda matydama Sebo ego ir užsispyrimą priėmė teisingus sprendimus augindama jo pasitikėjimą savimi ir išaugino tokį čempioną, kuris buvo nenucrackinamas sezonų pabaigose? O Marko vietoje kogero daryčiau taip pat, ypač dėl 2010-ujų, kur komandos palaikymą turėjęs Sebas važiavo sezono galą idealiai, tuo tarpu toks Sebo palaikymas Webberiui buvo spaudimas (nors tiesioginių trukdžių nebuvo) ir to pakako, kad Webberis nepasitikėtų savimi that much ir sudaužo bolidą Korėjoje, primena visą situaciją kai Alonso sudaužo McLaren Fuji. Ir ar galima dėl tokių komandos veiksmų kaltinti pačią komandą, kuri čempionate dalyvauja tik tam, kad padidintų produkto pardavimus, kuriai kaip čempionas reikalingas jaunas rekordus mušantis Hero, o ne tuoj karjerą baigsiantis, fanų praktiškai tarpvyriausybinė neturintis Old guy. Taip, išlenda Sebo purvini skalbiniai, turi bachūras ego, tačiau prisiminkite, kad visa tai vyko, kai šis buvo baisiai jaunas ir prisiminkit, kaip Sebas elgėsi pernai negalimas Ricciardo (koks tai buvo brandus ir nesavanaudiškas elgesys). O keliant tokius skalbinius į viešumą, manau dauguma pilotų turėtų ką įdomaus pasakyti apie kolegas, tai tikėkimės, kad daugiau pilotų parašys knygas, nes visgi įdomu :)

Klepsidra> Taip, Helmutas buvo (yra) šlykštus tipas, net didžiausios meilės RedBulliams dienomis matydavau jo šlykštumą ir galvodavau nu būtų tobula komanda, jei ne tas pasikėlęs šmikis. O kad Webberis pykosi ir nekalbėjo paskutinius sezonus su Helmutu - tai gana logiška. Webberis buvo nepatenkintas kaip komanda myli Sebą, pradėjo pats po biški išsidirbinėti (kaip nelenktyniauti su Alonsu, nuolat finišuoti už jo, kaip "padėti" Sebui Brazilijoje) - ir logiška, kad jie vis labaiu pykosi ir nemėgo vienas kito. Marką gelbėjo tik draugystė su pačiu Dietrichu, kitaip Helmutas būtų senai pasodinęs kokį pienių, kuris visiškai netrukdytų Sebui. P.S. Bet Marko teiginys, kad 2014 Sebas gal gavo jo auto - ir žiūrim kaip su tokiom bėdom taikstėsi Sebas, o kaip Webberis. :) Ir pabaigai, visi šie Marko pasisakymai reikia suprasti yra prieš komandą, ne Sebą. Clearly I could have caught and passed Sebastian if I’d known about his gearbox issue. Instead they elected to shut the race down from there and not push his car that hard.
There were two reasons for their call. They knew he couldn’t deal with being passed by his teammate; and if the car was nursed home Sebastian would avoid any risk of component failure leading to a grid penalty for the next race. Instead of saying, ‘Sebastian, let Mark through,’ or ‘Mark is quicker,’ they wanted him to do a certain pace at the end of the race which I then had to match. I could have raced at a totally different pace, but that would have meant me going past him at some stage, and that really would not have gone down well. So what’s the best solution for them? Turn both of us down. An engineer from Renault came to me at the end of the race in a fury and said, ‘This is ridiculous. You need to do something, it’s just going too far.’ The same Renault engineer also said that when engines were routinely tested on the dynamometer, the unit showing the higher readings –the strongest engine –would systematically go to Vettel’s side of the garage, rather than alternating as had been the practice previously. Dėl Sebo susitvarkymo 2014-ais, nesigirdėjo kaltinimų nei komandai, nei RIcciardui, tiesiog peikė save, kad neprisitaiko, nesusitvarko. Nors ir gedo daugiau, nors ir Ric sekėsi labiau, tačiau vistiek išliko fainas, sveikindavo Ric ir gražiai sveikindavo. Bet aišku, MW turėjo savo priežastis. Ir viskas ten tęsėsi toli gražu ne vienus metus. Per daug šūdo buvo metama ant jo, tiesiog RedBull nesugebėjo su juo elgtis normaliai kaip su pilotu NR2. Reikėjo tiesiai šviesiai Webberiui sakyti, kad mes pirmenybę teikiam Sebui, jis mūsų star number 1 ir kogero Webberis būtų priėmęs viską, o dabar kai deklaruoja lygybę, o realiai pilna šūdo - suprantams ir Webberio pyktis ir poelgiai. Anyway, kad Redbull statė viską ant Sebo - nėra nieko blogo, manau visi sutiksit, kad bendrai paėmus Webberis tikrai neprilygo Sebui. Tiesiog RedBull nesugebėjo humaniškai statyti visko ant Sebo nešikdami ant Webberio.

ICE: Austin is one of the most demanding tracks of the second part of the year for the ICE, with just under 50% of the lap taken at wide open throttle, rising to 55% in qualifying. The average speed will be around 200kph with top speed peaking at over 320kph. The longest straight is the burst between Turns 11 and 12 at 1,016m. The power units will spend approx. 14secs at wide open throttle. Top speed is 325kph at the end of this straight in qualifying trim.
The changes in gradient stress the internals of the ICE. When going downhill the mechanical parts and lubricants are squashed to the bottom of the car but when going uphill they are pushed back upwards. These repeated changes of pressure are unusual on the calendar and will be monitored over the weekend to avoid any potential problems or pressure drops.
Turbocharger: Austin's gradient changes are an important consideration. The run from pole to the first corner is the most acute example of the change in altitude. The track rises 25m over 500m - equivalent to a gradient of 1 in 20 but at its steepest is 1 in 8. This elevation change means the turbo rotates at a higher speed to generate the same amount of power at the top of the hill.
The low ambient humidity of the Texan grasslands has a big effect on the power units. The air will contain more oxygen and a naturally-aspirated ICE will generate more power, but the aridity is very taxing on the internals. A turbocharged engine mitigates this effect by varying the rotational speed to provide the correct amount of air to the ICE.
MGU-K: The circuit layout with its flowing corners in the first sector, straight line in the second sector and stop/start character of the last sector makes the consumption per kilometre one of the highest of the season. This makes energy recovery through braking crucial. The third sector is very stop-start, but the hairpins and tight corners give the MGU-K a chance to recharge. At each corner, the driver will stamp on the brakes, putting large forces through the K and filling the battery once more.
Three hairpins triangulate the track; Turns 1, 11 and 12. Revs drop to 7,500rpm and the car speed to just 80kph. All three come after a long period of open throttle, meaning engine braking and rear stability on the apex are crucial. The exits and correct engine response from the hairpins are however equally important since they each lead back onto another straight.
MGU-H: A high percentage of Sector two is given to the long straight, which will give the MGU-H a chance to recover energy from the ICE. The flowing section between Turns 2 and 4 require the driver to maintain a constant level of throttle. This will require the ICE to turn at a constant speed, producing a steady stream of exhaust gas, which the MGU-H can recover.
